The dinner bell is ringing...

Brandy will be managing a Supper Club Series starting Summer 2023, where she will showcase her culinary talents and put together an experience you'll absolutely want to write home about. These dinners focus on fostering a vibrant community around food and friendship, flavors from far away borders and simply having an excellent time.

Some things to know about your supper club experience:

1. Some courses will be served family style. Not all, but some. This is not meant to be a Michelin star experience, it's meant to bring people together. Don't be afraid to pass the potatoes and get to know who you're passing them to! 

2. BYOB. There will be wine/beer/spirits pairing suggestions available on the menu you'll receive a few days before the event begins, giving you ample time to grab something that sounds appealing. My suggestion is teaming up with another diner or two and sharing a few suggested bottles.

3. Tipping is highly encouraged. I am not in the habit of creating food that is inaccessible to people because of a high price point. While I will tack on a small fee for my own labor, the price of the dinners will remain cost effective for the diners, not going too far above food and equipment rental cost. Like I have said earlier, these are meant to be communal, and there is no place for a single $50 dish here. No caviar. No foie. No gold flake. That is not the kind of food I like eating or serving to people. Preparation for these events usually runs at about 15-20 hours of labor, if that helps you figure out how much you'd like to contribute.

4. Feel free to ask questions! All the dishes are made with love and I love talking about them!

5. Please alert me to allergies prior to the event. I promise I will do everything I can to be respectful of allergies or food aversions when given notice. I cannot make a specialized menu for you as you walk into an event. These menus are built so that everyone may participate equally and safely. There will be gluten free, vegan, vegetarian events available in the future, and I will gladly save you a place at any event that caters to your needs. Please respect my process by alerting me to these preferences so you can have the best dining experience possible.
